Introduction to Aromatherapy - Oils for home use

This half day course is designed for those of you who wish to learn more about the safe use of base and essential oils around the home and for self use.
You will be introduced to 6 base oils and 10 essential oils which you can use for various applications in and around the home.
This is not an accredited course but you will receive a certificate of attendance

One Half Day - £50 including all materials and use of oils
Two Half Days - £100 including all materials
A second half day can be added to include the making of products and balms for self use or presents and how to choose and add essential oils

Introduction to Indian Head Massage - For personal Use on family and friends - Half day pm

This course is aimed at people who would like to know more about Indian Head massage and what it involves. There will be a brief discussion on what the benefits are , when it can and can't be used and a practical session on learning a simple massage routine. There will also be the opportunity to practice on each other.
This is not an accredited course therefore the routine can be used on family and friends only.
Cost £50 includes all materials and certificate of attendance.
